Trade finance desk for Europe, the Middle East and Africa

Trade finance across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

ACESSI Spain prepares buyers from Europe to the Gulf and across Africa to finance equipment, materials and services from the United States, Canada, Europe and Asia — and helps European suppliers bring export credit to their sales in Latin America, Africa and Asia.

Buyers

One territory, three different financing markets.

A buyer in Madrid, one in Riyadh and one in Lagos can order the same machine and face three different financing paths. Preparation starts from where the buyer stands.

Europe

Companies buying capital goods from North America or Asia, where export credit has to compete with deep local bank markets and is used when it adds term or price.

  • Export credit agencies of the supplier's country
  • European commercial banks
  • Leasing and private credit

Middle East

Buyers in energy, industry, logistics and healthcare, where export credit is often combined with regional banks and Islamic finance structures.

  • Export credit agency cover
  • Regional and international banks
  • Project and structured finance

Africa

Buyers and project sponsors in North and Sub-Saharan Africa, where export credit agency support is often what makes a commercial loan possible.

  • Export credit agency guarantees and insurance
  • Development finance institutions
  • Commercial banks

European suppliers

Sell beyond Europe with financing attached.

European export credit agencies support sales to buyers in Latin America, Africa, the Middle East and Asia. What is usually missing is a buyer prepared for the agency's review.

ACESSI Spain works on the buyer's side, together with the ACESSI desk covering the buyer's region, so the supplier can be paid at delivery while the buyer repays over time.

1

Introduce the buyer

Buyer, country, what is being bought, amount and timing. No documents at this stage.

2

Readiness check

Whether the buyer's reporting and documentation are ready for a European agency or lender, and what is missing.

3

Coordinate the financing path

Discussions with the export credit agencies, lenders and insurers that fit the supplier's country and the buyer's.

How it works

Prepare first. Structure second. Coordinate third.

Institutional financing rarely fails on the commercial idea. It fails when the buyer, the supplier, the documents and the financial statements tell different stories. The work is making them tell one.

Screen

Buyer, supplier, country of production, product, amount and timing. A short call and the readiness check are usually enough to know whether a review makes sense.

Prepare

Financial statements, ownership records, debt schedule and supplier contract. Where statements follow a local standard, ACESSI's reporting partners prepare US GAAP or IFRS conversions and the reporting packs institutions expect.

Coordinate

ACESSI presents the prepared transaction to the financing sources that fit it, together with the desk in the supplier's country, and manages the questions that follow through to the institution's own decision.

Bankability

Know what needs work before the lender does.

A ten-question readiness check that runs in your browser. It shows what to have in order before an institutional review — not whether you qualify or on what terms.

Start with the commercial facts. We use this to decide together whether a fuller review is worth your time and ours.
